STANDARD TAR PRODUCTS announces the availability of two new NATURAL
SCIENCE™ brand
name organic based fertilizers. 1.) For turf grass, trees, shrubs and flowers, use NATURAL SCIENCE™ Organic Based Fertilizer 15-1-7 (Plus 7% S, 1% Fe) (SGN=220) with iron for darker green turf color. 2.)
For golf course greens, use NATURAL
SCIENCE™
Organic Based Fertilizer 12-2-7
(Plus 4% S, 1% Fe) (SGN=100)
with iron for deep, even greening. If
you fertilize around lakes, rivers, ground water, sensitive areas and
water sheds, use our NATURAL SCIENCE™ 15-1-7 with sulfur and iron. This homogeneous granule is designed with intermediate and slow release nitrogen and other natural ingredients. The formula contains more than 50% animal hide and bone meal. It also contains 13% potash with low salt index. Ammonium sulfate, urea, iron and binders make up 35% of the fertilizer by
weight. Each granule is homogeneous and contains slow release organic nitrogen, bone meal, sulfate of potash, and other natural elements to make a complete plant food. This product is more than 90% natural. Organic nitrogen is provided by the leather tankage. Bone meal provides the available phosphate, and sulfate of potash provides the potassium. Sulfur
is provided by the potash and
tankage. Iron promotes a
darker green turf color. Both
fertilizers meet the AAPFCO standards for heavy metals. Nutrients are derived from process tankage, sulfate of potash, bone meal, ammonium sulfate,
urea and iron sulfate. |
